Transfer Sled General Rules:

1. Contestants enter at their own risk. County Line Antique Tractor Club will not be held responsible for any injuries, accidents or property damage. Judges reserve the right to stop any contestant operating in an unsafe or dangerous manner. Judges reserve discretion on all rules stated and not stated.
2. All tractor and operators must weigh in before the pull. Contestants must sign a waiver at the time of weigh in. Any contestant under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign the waiver also. An adult responsible for the underage contestant must be at track side during the pull while minors are pulling. No one is allowed on the pulling track during the pull except the track workers.
3. Wheelie bars are required for 5mph and open class. They are recommended for the 3mph class. One hand must remain on the steering wheel at all times or both hands on a combination of the hand brake, hand clutch or throttle.
4. If the rear tire of the tractor touches the out of bounds line, the puller will be disqualified. If any weights or parts fall off the tractor, it will be disqualified.
5. No excessive RPM’s.
6. Pullers in the 3, 5 & 8 mph classes cannot beep the horn after the speed cone.
7. Pullers may not protest another tractor after it leaves the track. Judges may check any tractor at any time.
8. No dual tires or chains. 4x4 tractors allowed but must have 4x4 disengaged while pulling.
9. Weights cannot extend more than 11’ from the center of the rear axle forward, and cannot be behind the radius of the rear tire or 36” behind the center of the rear axle; whichever is further. Weights must not interfere with hooking and unhooking tractor.

3MPH Class Rules:
1. Speed limit is 3mph. No beeps allowed after speed cone.
2. Tire size is 15.5x 38 for 0-5000lbs. 18.4 for 33” and smaller rims. 5001 lbs and up is unlimited. Top cut tires only.
3. Hitches must be rigid in all directions and no more than 19” high. If a tractor does have wheelie bars then the hitch can be no closer than 18” from the center of the rear axle to the hook point. Hook must swing freely in the hook hole. Wheelie bars must be behind the radius of the tire, able to support the weight of the tractor, pads must hit before hook and wheelie bars must be independent of the hitch.
*If the tractor does not have wheelie bars, the hook point must be behind the radius of the tires at 19 inches.

5MPH Class Rules:
1. Speed limit is 5mph. No beeps allowed after the speed cone.
2. All tractors must have a working kill switch.
3. Hitch must be rigid in all directions, no higher than 19”and no less than 18” from the center of the axle to the hook point. Hook must swing freely in hook hole.
4. Tire size is unlimited. Full cut tires allowed.

Open class rules:

Deadweight Dirt General Rules

1. Contestants enter at their own risk. County Line Antique Tractor Club will not be held responsible for any injuries, accidents or property damage. Judges reserve the right to stop any contestant operating in an unsafe or dangerous manner. Judges reserve discretion on all rules stated and not stated.
2. All tractor and operators must weigh in before the pull. Contestants must sign a waiver at the time of weigh in. Any contestant under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign the waiver also. An adult responsible for the underage contestant must be at track side during the pull while minors are pulling. No one is allowed on the pulling track during the pull except track workers.
3. Coaching will only be allowed for adults pulling for the first time with the County Line Antique Tractor Club for minors under the age of 16.
4. Weight classes: 2750, 3750, 4250, 4750, 5250, 5750 and 6250. Weight to be added to pulling sled each round at a minimum of 500 pounds. Boat to be pulled until the tip over falls over to be considered a full pull. Measurement to be taken if less than a full pull to determine placing in class. There will be no boat spotting during each class.
5. All pulls to be from tight chain. Drivers must stop as soon as the flag person signals to stop. Driver will have 2 attempts at each load if needed.
6. Driver will have option of direction pull on second attempt when room on pulling track allows. If rear tire touches the out of bounds line, it will result in a disqualified pull attempt.
7. Drivers must remain seated on tractor while making pull. One hand must be on steering wheel at all times or both hands on a combination of hand brake, hand clutch or throttle at all times.
8. Hitch height is to be no more than 19” high and actual hitch point (hitch hole) must be behind the radius of the rear tires to be checked with a string at the hitch height. Hitch must have a minimum 3” opening, must be rigid in all directions, with no loose clevises. If the tractor has wheelie bars, the hitch can be no closer than 18” from the center of the rear axle to the hook point and no higher than 19” Wheelie bars must be behind the radius of the tire, should be strong enough to support the weight of the tractor and should hit the ground before the hook does as well as be independent of the hitch.
9. Front end rise shall not be excessivse or unsafe on or off the track. Wheelie bars are recommended and are mandatory if the hitch is inside the radius of the tire.
10. All weights must be securely fastened, if any weights or tractor parts fall off the tractor during the pull attempt the tractor will be disqualified for that attempt. Weights must not extend behind the radius of the rear tires, or 36” behind the center of the rear axle (whichever is farther) and must not extend further forward than 11 feet from the center of the rear axle. Weights must not interfere with hooking or unhooking tractor.
11. Tires spun backwards are allowed and top cut tires are allowed, however, full cut tires are NOT allowed. No dual tires allowed. 4x4 Tractors are allowed but must have 4x4 disengaged while pulling.
*Maximum tire size for each class: 2750 class – 145 sq in | 3750 class-170sq in | 4250-4750 class – 210 sq in | 5250-5750 class -258 sq in | 6250 class-NO LIMIT
12. No adding of weight after weigh in for each class, including gas. Judges reserve the right to weigh any tractor at any time.
13. More than one puller may pull a tractor in any class but each tractor may only receive one placing in each class. Tractors are allowed to pull in more than one class.

Cement Rules

Classes:
Percentage Class- Limited 220 square inches or smaller (15.5x38, 16.9x30) – if entering the percentage class, you may not pull that tractor in any other class. One Prize per tractor, per class.
Open & Limited Classes – 4250, 5250, 6250 and 7250
Limited Class is 18.4x38 or smaller. Please specify when signing up.

CEMENT RULES:

Judges reserve the right to stop any contestant operating in an unsafe or dangerous manner. Judges reserve discretion on all rules stated and not stated.
2. All tractor and operators must weigh in before the pull. Contestants must sign a waiver at weigh in. Any contestants under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign the waiver as well. An adult responsible for the underage contestant must be at the track side during the pull while minors are pulling. No one is allowed on the pulling track during the pull except track workers.
3. Hitch shall be no less than 24” behind the centerline of the rear axle and no higher than 20”. Hitch must be rigid in all directions and be deemed safe by judges and have a minimum 3” hole.
4. Fenders AND Wheelie bars are MANDATORY and shall be a minimum of 4” behind radius of rear tires lower than the hitch with a minimum 4x4” pads, shall support the tractor at its heaviest weight and be independent of the hitch. If the hook touches the concrete pad while pulling, that pull will be blown dead and no measurement given.
5. Weights shall be securely fastened no further forward than 11’ from the center of the rear axle, extend no more than 36” behind the center of the rear axle or must be inside the radius of rear tires- whichever is greater and they must not interfere with hitching area.
6. NO BOUNCING OR JERKING! Anything falling off the tractor during pull shall result in disqualification of that hook.. If any part of the rear tire goes off the cement pad, that pull will be blown dead with no measurement given.
7. If a tractor is entered by multiple drivers in the same class, it will only receive the highest spot it placed and there will be a tractor placed between drivers. Tractors are allowed to pull multiple classes.
8. Two 30 second attempts per weight & the pull must be made during the 30 seconds. Do not pop the concrete – if the concrete pops, that hook shall be blown dead with no measurement given.
9. NO dual tires, no tire chains, no steel wheels and no tractors allowed to pull in 4 wheel drive.

Steel Wheel Pull Rules

Judges reserve the right to stop any contestant operating in an unsafe or dangerous manner. Judges reserve discretion on all rules stated and not stated. No one is allowed on the track except the puller and track workers.
2. Hitch will be no higher than 16” with spades in the ground. Hitch must be behind the radius of the wheel face if the tractor does not have wheelie bars. If the tractor does have wheelie bars, the hitch can be no less than 18” from the center of the rear axle to the hook point and no higher than 16” with spades in the ground. Wheelie bars must be behind the radius of the wheel, strong enough to support the weight of the tractor, pads should hit the ground before the hook and the wheelie bars should be independent of the hitch.
3. Weights must not extend more than 36” back from the center of the rear axle and not more than 11 feet forward from the center of the rear axle. No weights shall interfere with hooking or unhooking the tractor.
